One step forward...

Now that I have reluctantly rejoined the workforce, I must impress upon my non-existent readers that from here on out any resemblance of anyone I mention to any real person living or deceased is purely coincidental. 

I am also, once again, legal in this country, so I can't go around telling people I came accross the border ( from Europe) in the trunk of a car. Speaking of cars, now that other issues like legal status and employment have been resolved, it's time for me to start paying off those parking tickets ( yes, all $3,000-worth), get some insurance, get my licence reinstated, and get my own sticker to replace my friend's that I glued on to my licence plate when she got her 2009 sticker.
